Ann joined the NorthCoast team in January of 2020. Prior to joining NorthCoast (formerly Spell Capital Mezzanine), Ann was a Vice President with Exmarq Capital Partners, a Minneapolis-based provider of mezzanine financing to lower middle-market companies. At Exmarq her responsibilities included all aspects of portfolio management, financial modeling and accounting administration. Previously, Ms. Fugleberg spent over 10 combined years with Bremer Bank and BMO Harris Bank (through its predecessor M&I Bank) focused on credit underwriting and portfolio management. Ms. Fugleberg holds degrees in Management and Spanish from the University of Minnesota – Morris.
