Brent joined Spell Capital in 2021 from RSM US LLP, where he was engaged in tax consulting and compliance, financial statement analysis, and accounting for family offices, individuals, and small and middle-market businesses. At Spell Capital, Brent is involved throughout the investment lifecycle, including evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting financial and operational analysis, sourcing debt capital, executing transactions, and working with portfolio companies following an investment. Brent is a licensed CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from North Dakota State University.
