Kip joined Spell Capital as an Operating Partner, bringing more than 30 years of experience in senior executive leadership roles across public and private companies. He works closely with the private equity team and portfolio company management to support strategy development and drive operational improvements.

Kip brings deep expertise in operational leadership, strategic execution, and partnering with management teams to improve performance and scalability across a range of industries. His hands-on operating background enables him to help portfolio companies identify opportunities, strengthen execution, and enhance long-term value creation.

Prior to joining Spell Capital, Kip served as Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Web, a label and flexible packaging converter serving the medical device, OEM, and consumer goods industries. Previously, he was President of the Information Services Group at Banta Corporation in Menasha, Wisconsin. Kip holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and has been involved with Spell Capital for many years as both an investor and board advisor.
