Steve joined Spell Capital Partners in 2014 as an Operating Partner, overseeing multiple portfolio companies. He brings deep experience in industrial manufacturing operations, capital structure optimization, and partnering with management teams to design and execute scalable growth strategies aligned with core markets.

With a strong accounting background, Steve provides strategic support to Chief Financial Officers and senior leadership teams, enhancing financial discipline and performance. His expertise in Lean Manufacturing helps establish world-class operating systems that drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

Prior to Spell Capital, Steve served in Board Chairman and Board Member roles and worked as a turnaround management professional, strengthening his governance, oversight, and transformation capabilities. He holds a BA in Accounting, is a CPA (inactive), and maintains a strong focus on business development and value creation strategies.
