During 2019, Paul Meyering transferred to the Spell Mezzanine Team from the Equity Team. Ryan McKinney and Ann Fugleberg, formerly of ExMarq Capital Partners, joined Spell Capital Mezzanine. Spell Mezzanine now manages ExMarq’s portfolio of 33 investments, in addition to the 40 investments currently under management at Spell, for a combined total of 73 active mezzanine platform investments.
