Vestal is a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of foundry cast iron and steel fabricated components to municipalities, original equipment manufacturers and the home building and hearth industries. The Spell Family Office acquired Vestal as a new platform in 2015. During Spell’s ownership, Vestal has grown sales revenue, increased profitability and expanded the company’s product offering.
