Jean Sirois joined Spell Capital as Operating Partner and as Executive Chairman of Duromer Group in 2024. He has spent over 30 years in the chemicals and plastics industry in North America, Europe and South America having held executive level positions at Clariant and RTP Company. Prior to joining Spell Capital, Jean was an executive at RTP Company, leading several business areas, such as Color, Europe, Healthcare and Acquisitions. Jean graduated from McGill University in Montreal with a B.Com and earned an MBA from London Business School (UK).
