Minneapolis, MN, April 2014 – Spell Capital announces an investment in Valley Vessel Fabricators, LLC (“VVF”). The VVF transaction represents the fourth investment in Spell’s Fund IV.
Founded in 2008, Valley Vessel Fabricators is a recognized industry leader for high-quality engineering and production equipment of custom ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) fabricated pressure vessels and oilfield equipment. Located in Mission, Texas, VVF is the preferred source of custom pressure vessels and process tanks for companies nationwide. VVFs’ ASME tanks and pressure vessels are all built to order.
