Minneapolis, MN, April 2014 – Spell Capital announces the sale of the Arrow Manufacturing Division of its portfolio company, Premier Precision Group, to Chandler Industries, Inc., a portfolio company of Arch Equity Partners.
The Arrow Manufacturing Division, located in Littleton, Colorado provides high precision machined components principally to the aerospace and medical industries. The Arrow Division occupies 96,000 square feet of production space and employs approximately 80 people. The existing leadership team will continue in their roles as operators of the business.
