Minneapolis, MN, August, 2022 – During June 2022, the mezzanine team principals formed NorthCoast Mezzanine (NorthCoast) coinciding with the successful closing and receipt of an SBIC license for its Fund III. Going forward, the principals of NorthCoast will continue their management of Spell Capital Mezzanine Partners SBIC, LP (Fund I) and Fund II (the Mezzanine Partnerships).
NorthCoast, together with Spell Capital, will support the current portfolio of investments and wind-down of each Mezzanine Partnership with Bill Spell, Andrea Nelson, Jim Rikkers and Paul Meyering remaining in oversight roles, members of the investment committees and general partners of each Mezzanine Partnership.
