Nicole joined Spell Capital Partners in 2023 as the Operations Manager and Executive Assistant. Her main responsibilities include providing direct support to the Executive Team and managing all office operations, travel, and administrative needs. Nicole came to Spell Capital from a privately-owned wealth management firm where she was the Operations Manager and also led all HR and marketing initiatives for the firm. Nicole graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a bachelor’s degree (BA) in Mass Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Sociology.
